RapMaker at rapmaker.org ("RapMaker," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Dreamspark AI LLC, a company registered in the United States. These Terms govern your use of RapMaker (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

RapMaker provides rap-focused writing and music-generation tools. Features may change as the Service develops.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.

3. Billing

Current plans, prices, allowances, renewal terms, and checkout options are shown on the Pricing page and in the shared checkout flow. Review those details before making a billing decision.

4. Your Content and Generated Results

You are responsible for prompts, lyrics, uploads, and other material you submit. You must have the rights needed to use that material.

Generated output may not be unique and may resemble material generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing output and determining whether your intended use is lawful. RapMaker does not promise exclusive ownership or rights beyond the terms explicitly shown for your plan and generation.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to violate the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate people deceptively, clone an artist or celebrity voice without authorization, disclose private information, make threats, harass others, bypass access controls, or interfere with the Service.

6. Availability and Changes

The Service is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
