LICENSE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: September 4, 2026

RapMaker at rapmaker.org ("RapMaker," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Dreamspark AI LLC. This agreement explains the permissions and limitations that apply to content submitted to or generated through the Service.

1. Your Inputs

You retain the rights you already hold in prompts, lyrics, and other material you submit. You authorize RapMaker and its service providers to process those inputs only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the features you request.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for every input you submit.

2. Generated Results

Your permitted use of a generated result is controlled by the plan, result details, and rights notices shown by RapMaker when that result is created. A paid subscription by itself does not expand rights beyond an explicit grant shown for the applicable result.

RapMaker does not promise that generated results are unique, registrable for copyright, free from third-party claims, or accepted by a distributor, platform, collecting society, or other authority.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use RapMaker results to infringe another person's rights, impersonate a real person without authorization, deceive audiences, expose private information, threaten or harass others, or violate applicable law or platform rules.

4. Review Before Publication

You are responsible for reviewing lyrics, audio, titles, artwork, and metadata before publishing or distributing a result. Generated material may contain errors or unintended similarities.
