REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: September 4, 2026

RapMaker at rapmaker.org ("RapMaker," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Dreamspark AI LLC. This policy applies to purchases made through the Service.

1. Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel an eligible subscription through the shared billing portal. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period, unless the checkout terms or applicable law state otherwise.

2. Refund Requests

Payments are generally non-refundable after credits, model processing, downloads, or other paid benefits have been used. If you believe a technical or billing error caused a charge, contact us promptly with the account email, charge date, and a description of the issue.

Any mandatory cancellation or refund right provided by applicable law remains available.

3. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

Report duplicate or unauthorized charges as soon as possible. We may request information needed to locate the transaction and protect the account.

4. Generation Failures

A failed or incomplete generation does not automatically create a cash refund. Where supported, RapMaker may restore the affected allowance or provide retry access after confirming a service-side failure.
